1. WE ARE ALL SINNERS.

Romans 3:23 For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.

Isaiah 53:6 All we like sheep have gone astray: we have turned everyone to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

2. WE ALL OWE A SIN DEBT.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Revelation 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

3. WE CANNOT SAVE OURSELVES.

Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is a gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.

4. JESUS HAS ALREADY PAID OUR DEBT.

Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love towards us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

5. WE ALL MUST REPENT AND TRUST JESUS AS OUR PERSONAL SAVIOUR.

Luke 13:3 I tell you, Nay; but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto them, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved..

If you want to know for sure right now that you will go to heaven, pray this prayer, but you must mean it from your heart.

“Dear Lord,

I know that I am a sinner and I deserve hell, but that Jesus died on the cross, was buried and three days later rose from the dead for my sins. I now trust Jesus to save me and to take me to heaven when I die. I ask him to forgive me of all my sins. Amen.
